Should a public holiday fall on a Monday or Thursday – there will be no pilates. Please check the event page for information. Please be aware that spaces are limited so remember to book you space otherwise you could be turned away. There is a maximum number of 20 spaces.
Parking is available on the right beside the mairie or behind the hall.
The Monday class will be gentle….stretches, moves to improve flexibility and loosen up muscles, work on back problems, stiff necks etc, minimal cardio and suitable as a ‘get back to fitness’ for anybody who hasn’t exercised for a while. The Thursday class will be more challenging, with some cardio and plenty of muscle involvement, still suitable for anybody but requiring a slightly higher level of fitness.
Ideally you will need a mat as you may be sitting on a floor with some of the exercises.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel and water and a stick (like a broom handle).
Please remember, as with all U3A events, you participate at your own risk, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit enough to join in an exercise class.
