Classes are held weekly on Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 in the Salle Jean Thubert in Montesquieu.

While the class is based on the principals of pilates, we regularly include general fitness, muscle-development exercises, balance and a little cardio. Sometimes we concentrate on certain parts of the body such as tummy or back.

What you need to bring:

Wear whatever makes you feel good and comfortable. Don’t go for anything too baggy though. Bring a mat, something to drink, and a smile.

The class is open to all U3A members. Please arrive ten minutes before the class and as always, please remember that you participate at your own risk.

As class numbers are limited and we are still following all sensible Covid rules, your place MUST be pre-booked on the U3A website each week.
